We're a small team. Everyone who joins needs to be comfortable wearing multiple hats - writing code, thinking about infrastructure, understanding the product, and not waiting to be told what to do next.
We don't have a role for someone who just writes tickets or just reviews PRs. If you want to own outcomes end-to-end, this is the right kind of company.
End-to-end thinking
You can take a problem from specification to deployed feature - and care about what happens after it ships.
Strong fundamentals
We value depth over trend-chasing. Understand how things work under the hood, not just which abstraction to reach for.
Infrastructure literacy
Engineers should understand how their code runs in production. Infra engineers should be able to read and contribute to application code.
Low ego, high output
Small teams need people who can disagree, commit, and move fast. We don't have room for politics or performance reviews that don't reflect reality.

These are the roles we're actively looking to fill.
Full-Stack Engineer
We build with Ruby on Rails on the backend and Next.js + React on the frontend. Full-stack means full-stack - you'll be expected to own features end-to-end, from schema design to UI, including background jobs, API design, and database performance.
What we look for
Comfortable owning features end-to-end - from schema to UI
Understand background job patterns and async processing
Care about data modelling and query performance
DevOps-literate - can deploy, debug, and not just develop
Infrastructure Engineer
Our infrastructure runs on Kubernetes (k3s) on Hetzner Cloud, provisioned with Terraform, deployed via GitHub Actions. You'll own reliability, scalability, and the CI/CD pipeline - and be expected to contribute to application code, not just operate it.
What we look for
Comfortable writing infrastructure as code - not just clicking in consoles
Understand cluster networking, ingress, and storage
Can design and maintain CI/CD pipelines
Engineering background - able to read and contribute to application code
